Quality Manager Sector Alarm
For the past ten years, our Customer Service Center has been located on the Costa del Sol in Spain, in modern facilities in Fuengirola, 30 km west of Malaga. Our customer service has an important role in the customer experience and we are set on offering the absolute best customer service to our customers. Having recently acquired a portfolio in Finland we are now building up our customer service team to ensure our Finnish customers are managed in the best manner possible. Now we are looking for you to jump in our team as a:


Customer Care Specialist

You will actively work with Customer Service where you respond to questions and help our customers with different solutions. Your role will consist of helping our Finnish customers by phone and e-mail in Finnish. Your main tasks may include for example giving technical support, allocating/booking maintenance services for our customers and invoice solutions.  

This is a full time position, 40 hours a week. Your working hours are weekdays 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00, some exceptions or evening work may occur. 

We definitely want to hear from you if you have:

  • Solid customer service experience
  • High motivation to provide excellent customer experiences 
  • Extensive computer skills 
  • Reliable (with no remarks in criminal records) 
  • Fluent Finnish in both oral and written language 
  • Good English skills both oral and written language
